Zachary residents are encouraged to participate in the upcoming special primary election on October 11, 2025. This election will fill a vacancy in the 19th Judicial District Court judgeship.
Important Details:
- 19th Judicial District Court Judge – Zachary residents vote for this seat
- Baton Rouge City Court Judge – Zachary residents do not vote for this seat
This special election is required by state law to fill the vacant judicial position.
